We process and ship your orders within 2 business days except for customized and made to order items. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once we shipped your order.
All our orders are shipped from Nepal, home of high mountains where traditional skills are still in practice and natural resources are found abundantly.
We use reliable shipping service to deliver i.e, Express Mail Service, DHL Express and UPS (United Parcel Service). Most of our shipment takes not more than 5 - 7 business days but for some instances, it might take around 10-15 days maximum.

Customs Duties and Tax:
Customs duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Order and Payment:
Ordering with Credit Cards:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and Paypal. We cannot split payments between credits cards though.
The total dollar amount of your order is allocated at the time your card is approved, although payment (transfer of funds) does not occur until the order ships. We’ll send you a confirmation email to let you know when this happens. If the amount charged exceeds your credit limit, your order will be automatically canceled.
Ordering with Debit Cards:
Debit Cards: Payment is deducted from your account at the time your card is approved.
Cancellation of Orders and Out of Stock items:
You may cancel your order by sending us an email at info@kolpaworld.com until the time that your order has been shipped. If the order has been processed and shipped, you cannot cancel. In the event of partial orders, kolpaworld.com will ship the items in-stock and remove any items that are out of stock from your order.
All orders will be confirmed with you via e-mail prior to delivery and after we receive your payment.
